Types Of Printing We Offer
There are many different types of 3D Printing available, below are what we offer.

Don't see the type of printing you require? Send us a message to discuss your needs.

FDM Printing (Fused Deposition Modelling) - This is the standard 3D printing method used to create most products due to its efficiency and lower costs compared to other methods.
FDM printers extrude a thermoplastic filament in a series of layers over a build plate to create a three-dimensional object.

Resin Printing - Resin printing creates a higher quality object than FDM printers leaving a smooth surface with no visible layer lines. The process beams ultraviolet (UV) light into a tank of liquid, resin, triggering a reaction that solidifies the resin into a hard plastic.

SLS Printing (Selective Laser Sintering) - Selective laser sintering is an additive manufacturing (AM) technology that uses a high-power laser to sinter small particles of polymer powder into a solid structure based on a 3D model. This creates an extremely strong part with no weak points.

SLM Printing (Selective Laser Melting) - is a specific additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology that belongs to the powder bed fusion category. It is used to create complex and intricate metal parts directly from a digital 3D model by selectively melting and fusing fine metal powders layer by layer using a high-powered laser.

PLA

PLA
PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament is a biodegradable thermoplastic and is the most common material used in 3D printing.
Made from renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane, it is easy to print with due to its low warping, minimal shrinkage, and lower extrusion temperature compared to many other filaments.

PLA produces smooth surface finishes and sharp detail, making it ideal for prototypes, decorative models, and low-stress functional parts. However, it has lower heat resistance and impact strength than materials like ABS or PETG, so it is best suited for indoor, non-load-bearing applications.
PETG

PETG
PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) filament is a durable, versatile thermoplastic.
It combines the ease of printing found in PLA with the strength and impact resistance of materials like ABS.
PETG has good layer adhesion, low shrinkage, and minimal warping, making it reliable for larger or more functional parts. It offers higher heat resistance and toughness than PLA, along with good chemical and moisture resistance.
PETG is ideal for mechanical components, protective covers, outdoor items, and parts that require durability without sacrificing printability.
TPU

TPU
TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) filament is a flexible, rubber-like material used in 3D printing for parts that require elasticity and impact resistance.
It is highly durable, abrasion-resistant, and capable of stretching and returning to its original shape without cracking.

TPU offers excellent layer adhesion and good resistance to oils, grease, and chemicals.
TPU is ideal for phone cases, gaskets, seals, shock absorbers, model tyres and other parts that need flexibility and resilience.

ASA

ASA
ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) filament is a strong, weather-resistant thermoplastic commonly used for outdoor and functional applications.
Similar to ABS in strength and durability, ASA offers improved UV resistance, meaning it resists yellowing and degradation when exposed to sunlight.

It has good impact resistance, moderate heat resistance, and strong layer adhesion, making it suitable for mechanical parts, enclosures, and automotive components.
ASA is an excellent choice for durable parts that must withstand outdoor environments.
ABS

ABS
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) filament is a strong, impact-resistant thermoplastic widely used for functional and mechanical parts.
Known for its toughness and durability, ABS offers good heat resistance and can withstand higher temperatures than materials like PLA.

It provides solid layer adhesion and can be sanded, drilled, or smoothed with acetone vapor for a polished finish.
It is ideal for enclosures, automotive components, tools, and parts that need strength and moderate heat resistance.
Carbon Fiber

CARBON FIBER
Carbon Fiber is available for PLA, PETG and Nylon

Carbon Fiber–Reinforced Filament offers a strong, rigid composite material made by blending filament with finely chopped carbon fibers. It offers increased stiffness, improved dimensional stability, and reduced warping compared to standard filament, while maintaining good layer adhesion and chemical resistance.

The added carbon fiber gives printed parts a matte, textured finish and enhances strength-to-weight performance, making CF ideal for structural components, brackets, drone parts, and functional mechanical assemblies.
